政府高官退休轉任領高薪　政院遭糾正

【政治中心／台北報導】監委趙榮耀等人調查指出，行政院長期以來就所屬機關捐助、投資的財團法人或事業機構負責人暨從業人員的任用，沒有積極建立一套健全、透明及公平的遴聘機制，政府機關高階主管再轉任比例仍偏高，加上支領優渥薪資待遇，屢遭社會大眾認有酬庸的訾議不斷，影響政府形象至鉅，卻有違失，監院今糾正行政院。

有關政府機關高階主管再轉任領高薪部分，根據監委調查，支領月薪高於五院院長月薪(32萬餘元)者有5人；高於五院副院長月薪(21萬餘元)者有15人；高於各部(會)首長(主委)月薪(19萬餘元)者有6人；高於各部(會)政務次長(副主委)月薪(16萬餘元)者有23人；高於或相當各部(會)常務次長(副主委)月薪(14萬餘元)者也有17人。

監委質疑，這些轉任人員的工作艱辛度、困難度是否高於院長及部（次）長，尚存疑義，但薪資竟較院長及部（次）長為高，難免招致酬庸訾議。
