文林苑王家告郝龍斌等人　均不起訴

【丁牧群／台北報導】文林苑都更案不同意戶王廣樹家族，不滿都更建商樂揚建設將王家拆除並以圍籬阻止王家人進入原址，控告樂揚負責人段幼龍強制罪；另以警方用強暴脅迫手段驅離他們並造成受傷，控告台北市長郝龍斌等官員毀損、傷害等罪。
 
士林地檢署調查認定，市府拆除文林苑、建商圍起圍籬、警方驅離靜坐抗議住戶等行為都合法，且當時不同意戶與警方激烈拉扯，雙方都有受傷，因此今將郝龍斌等官員、建商都不起訴。
