【短片】陳冲：不入區域經濟整合　台灣將北韓化

【王立德／台北報導】總統府資政、行政院前院長陳冲今出席「Bali會議後的世界經濟版圖-台灣區域經濟整合的下一步」時指出，全球都在加入區域經濟整合組織，台灣若繼續像現在發展下去，10年內很可能北韓化。
 
陳冲說，區域經濟整合已經是各國共識，WTO（世界貿易組織）是個大圈圈，但因會員國高達159國，難有效率達成共識，各國正積極打造或加入各小圈圈（如FTA），若台灣一直無法加入小圈圈內，10年後，各國都有自己的小圈圈時，台灣很可能跟唯一1個沒有加入WTO的國家北韓一樣。
 
陳冲說，台灣若沒有（對外）貿易，很難靠內需把經濟弄好，因台灣只有2300萬人，以手機產業為例，即使每人1年換5支手機，1年也才1億支，比起全球1年50億支的手機市場，差距相當大，因此一定要緊盯主要貿易對手動態，對手國加入哪些區域貿易組織，我們也要加入。
