男子疑酒駕撞2童 1死1傷

（中央社記者吳哲豪南投20日電）南投縣一名柯姓男子昨天下午疑似酒醉駕車，撞上兩名正在過馬路的男童，造成1死1傷，柯姓男子訊後遭移送法辦。

警方表示，10歲的馬姓男童以及12歲的卓姓男童昨天下午帶著籃球準備要去學校打球時，突然有一輛紅色小轎車朝兩人追撞，兩名男童當場被撞飛；肇事的紅色小轎車則是撞到路旁托兒所的牆壁才停下來，車頭部分毀損。

路人及一旁的商家見狀，趕緊將卓姓及馬姓男童送往埔里榮民醫院急救，另將肇事的柯姓男子拉下車報警送辦；不過馬姓男童因頭顱破裂，到院前已無生命跡象，醫院急救後仍宣告不治；至於卓姓男童左小腿有骨折情形，無生命危險。

警方查出，肇事駕駛為29歲的柯姓男子，酒測值高達0.82，柯姓男子訊後被依公共危險及過失致死等罪嫌移送法辦。1020920
