天兔風力破表！　蘭嶼測得17級以上陣風

【張勵德／台北報導】強颱天兔果然威力驚人！雖然目前暴風圈尚未接觸到陸地，最接近颱風的蘭嶼今晚6時測得瞬間陣風每秒63.5公尺，相當於17級風以上，平均風力也達到13級。
 
另外，強風也帶來明顯大浪，氣象局在台東觀測到8公尺大浪，幾乎等於3層樓的高度，其他沿海地區浪高也逐漸增加，請民眾勿前往海邊活動。
