【郭寶懃／台北報導】捷運線未來通車，周邊房市潛力後勢看漲。預計年底通車的信義線，因為橫貫台北市最重要的商圈與信義路，沿線房價居高不下，但還是有些平價好宅可找。

好房網總編吳光中指出，若手上資金比較充足，又希望住在北市精華區域，信義線沿線線還是有些平價宅可以尋找，例如捷運世貿站附近的莊敬路，走路離捷運站約十分鐘，根據實價登錄網站顯示，每坪約67.25萬元，屬於精華區中的平價好路段。
