自製延遲燃物　連犯多起縱火案

【曾伯愷／新北報導】積怨成仇，縱火洩憤！三重區男子向警方供稱，2005年間，將興華街一間30坪店面，承租給陳姓男子開店使用，卻遭陳男變相開設公廟，兩方幾經協商未果，3年後男子因此無法賣屋，以致被迫用600百萬超低價格賣給陳姓承租人，之後又與女友分手，種種不順遂之情事，導致男子燃起反社會情結，成縱火犯嫌。
 
今年5月開始，男子倚借自己開設造漆公司化學藥劑取得之便，還上網自學化學、爆破等相關知識，並疑似於自家宅自製延遲燃物，分別於今年5月、9月，在三重、泰山區等處，犯下多起縱火案件。警方昨晚9時循線將男子逮捕，偵訊時男子一度裝傻，向警辯稱是遭人下符咒，又推說縱火案跟他無關，訊後仍依公共危險、贓物罪嫌將男子移送法辦。
