強颱來襲 核三廠戒備

強颱天兔直撲南台灣，位於屏東的核三廠恐遭遇強風襲擊，今晚上核三廠已提前降低反應爐功率因應，若廠區測得的風速超過安全標準，會進一步啟動降載安全措施。

到今晚8點，核三廠一號機反應爐功率已經降至80%以下，核三廠二號機也逐步降低反應爐功率。

天兔颱風距離台灣還有一段距離，但東部已感受到颱風前緣的威力。台東縣到今晚8點時有1455戶停電，是全國停電戶數最多的區域，台電表示會視天候狀況加強搶修。
