朝野無共識 江揆無法施政報告

朝野黨團無共識，行政院長江宜樺確定九月底前無法上台施政報告。江宜樺今天再度受邀到立法院施政報告，民進黨團堅持原先主張，要求江應先對司法關說案過程中的發言道歉，才能上台報告。

朝野黨團協商無共識，立法院長王金平宣布協商結論，今天會議結束，下周二繼續協商。民進黨立委在議場中高呼：「沒有道歉，沒有上台。江宜樺下台。」

國民黨團書記長林德福昨天表示，在野黨團應讓江宜樺上台施政報告，如果朝野無共識，就用書面報告代替口頭報告。外界原以為江宜樺持續無法上台報告僵局將暫告一段落，但未料朝野仍無共識，下周再議。
