擬提行政訴訟？ 國民黨：外界揣測

王金平黨籍爭議假處分抗告案，外傳黨內考慮另提行政訴訟或去函中選會要求遞補詹滿容為國民黨不分區立委。國民黨表示，相關說法都屬臆測。目前全案還在司法訴訟中，相關策略及應對皆交由律師團處理；至於馬主席態度依然是「訴訟照打、政務照推」，他會努力把政局安定下來。
