蔣孝嚴：支持檢討立院內規

對於國民黨立法院黨團組成提升議事效率專案小組，提國會改革方案。國民黨副主席蔣孝嚴表示支持。他表示，他擔任立委十年，現在回頭看，立法院「只看到退步、沒有進步。」

蔣孝嚴指出，有必要檢視朝野協商的機制。這讓有專業、有能力的立委無法施展，只由幾個人在房間內就決定是否通過法案，不符民主程序。
