香港特首說樓市辣招本減辣度

香港特首梁振英今天說，現階段不會就「樓市辣招」「減辣」，亦不會微調。

所謂「樓市辣招」，是面對香港樓價狂升，香港政府制定的「樓市管理需求措施」，其內容包括提高樓宇買賣的印花稅率，收取雙倍印花稅等。

香港特首梁振英說，留意到近日有樓盤提供優惠，結果出現很多買家，據報導部份是大陸買家，甚至有炒家。

他又說，香港二手樓成交亦暢旺，如果現時「辣招減辣」，擔心樓市會回復公布「辣招」前的狀況。

對於近日有樓盤針對政府推出的「辣招」為非本地買家提供優惠，港府運輸及房屋局局長張炳良表示，不評論個別發展商的做法，但狀況印證了政府的顧慮，假如沒有「辣招」，樓市的反應或波動會相當嚴重。
