颱風逼近東京暴雨　上班族提早放假回家

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】今年編號26號颱風「韋帕」(Wipha)，預計明天(16日)清晨將在日本關東地區登陸，雖然距離颱風中心還有數百公里，東京地區今天就已經下起暴雨，為了預防晚上雨勢過大無法回家，東京都內許多公司下午四時就讓員工提早下班回家，並允許員工明天視情況可延後上班。行駛在新橋與東京灣臨海副都心間的無人駕駛單軌列車百合海鷗號，也因為瞬間風力太大停駛，許多在台場地區工作的上班族，為了避免明天無法正常上班，選擇入住當地的飯店，下午3時前，台場地區二家五星級酒店就都已客滿。

日本氣象廳呼籲首都圈地區民眾，明天上午最好不要外出，若行進方向不變，韋帕颱風明天稍晚會吹向福島第一核電場所在的福島沿岸，東京電力公司(TEPCO)表示已加強防風工作，並將妥當處理核污水。
