求愛不成傷人 雨衣男遭起訴

（中央社記者吳哲豪彰化15日電）劉姓男子追求年僅19歲的劉姓少女遭拒，劉男全身赤裸穿著雨衣埋伏要刺傷少女，被2名國中生擋下，劉男今天遭檢方提起公訴。

根據彰化地檢署今天公布的起訴書，年僅19歲的劉姓少女在飲料店打工，劉男對少女產生愛意瘋狂追求，不過卻遭對方拒絕，劉男心生不滿伺機報復。

9月中旬劉男擔心行凶留下跡證，於是全身赤裸穿雨衣，埋伏在少女回家時經過巷道。不過，少女拒絕劉男求愛時已有警覺，回家時特別請2名相識的社頭國中學生陪她一起回家。

當少女回家時，劉姓男子突然出現，劉姓少女呼救，2名國中生合力將劉姓男子壓制，路人及國中生將劉姓男子送交警方。

劉男向檢警辯稱，自己沒有殺人意圖，不過檢察官認為劉姓男子殺人意圖強烈，即使2名國中生上前阻擋，劉姓男子仍未收手，因此依殺人未遂罪嫌將男子提起公訴。1021015
