美國國會可望達成暫時調整舉債上限的協議，15日東北亞貨幣韓元、人民幣走升，加上倒閣案失敗，帶動台灣市場股匯雙漲，台幣兌美元盤中大幅走升逾1角，不過，央行也再度於尾盤進場沒收部分升幅，台幣終場以升值5分至29.445元作收，收盤價仍創下近九個月新高。

美國債務協商出現進展，國會可望達成暫時調整舉債上限的協議，市場風險偏好回溫，東北亞貨幣再度吸引國際資金青睞，15日韓元兌美元觸及九個新高，人民幣也連續第二日更新新高紀錄。

韓元與人民幣走升，加上倒閣案今日在立法院闖關失敗，帶動台股今日大漲近百點，台幣兌美元今日也大幅走升，市場見外資匯入，帶動台幣兌美元一度大幅升值逾1角，不過，盤中亦見進口商和購油款進場，略為壓抑了台幣升勢，而尾盤時央行也再度進場沒收部分升幅，台幣終場以升值5分至29.445作收，收盤價創下1月25日以來的新高。

匯銀人士預期，美國財政僵局可望有解，預計可望激勵風險性資產和亞洲貨幣的表現，明日韓元、台幣等亞洲貨幣可望繼續走升。台幣明日有望挑戰升破29.3整數關卡。

根據台北外匯經紀公司報價，15日台幣兌美元升值5分，收在29.445元，區間在29.320-29.495元，成交7.65億美元。
