在美國債務問題干擾下，全球經理人對未來展望樂觀度下降，最新的10 月美銀美林全球經理人調查，有淨54％經理人認全球經濟環境在未來一年會轉強，但比例較上個月的淨69％大降15個百分點，且經理人持有現金水位，由上月的4.6％小幅下降至4.4％，代表經理人並未非常樂觀。

美銀美林全球經理人調查，每月會訪問全球逾200位基金經理人，代表約6430億美元的資金動向。
