投資客搶購高市府市有房地　平均溢價率4成5

【周昭平／高雄報導】高市財政局今上午標售市有房地，總計13標，共收到86封投標單，最後標售出11標，進帳9.99億元，脫標率84.6％，平均溢價率則達45.87％，標售成果亮眼。

財政局表示，本次標出單價最高的土地位在河北、中正一路口，近捷運橘線五塊厝站，屬第5種商業區，5人搶標，最後以每坪169.5萬元標脫，溢價率高達99.73％。單價次高的則是位復興二路135號附近、原為市府閒置眷舍，每坪110萬標脫，溢價率39.23％。

最受投資人青睞的土地位德安街、福德三路161巷口，屬住宅區，近福東國小、林靖公園，未來有輕軌經過，34人搶標，每坪56.9萬元標脫，溢價率58.38％。
