【蔡進男／基隆報導】黃色小鴨游進基隆港到今是第8天，天天下雨，上午難得雨停，又有小鴨洗澡澎澎秀，海洋廣場上陸續湧入人潮，1名6歲陳姓女童，太專注看小鴨竟與爸媽分散，小女童哭著求助值勤的忠二路派出所長李惠煌，警方安撫小女孩情緒，正要請求廣播協尋時，急如熱鍋上螞蟻的小女孩父母恰巧出現，親情流露，更是大讚警方熱心為民服務之精神。
