今年1-11月 中古屋買賣案件成長一成多

內政部公布今年元月到十一月的建物買賣登記統計概況，建物買賣有三十三萬七千多件，比去年同期增加百分之十一點九，顯示不動產交易登記減少民眾對中古屋房價的疑慮，奢侈稅兩年持有期限過後，中古屋交易熱絡。

今年元月到十一月第一次登記建物所有權的房屋有九萬九千多棟，建物總面積兩千八百五十五萬平方公尺，分別比去年同期成長百分之六點九與三點九。今年新成屋增加最多的縣市是屏東縣，有百分之八十四點九，其次是基隆市，有百分之六十九點八。
