比特幣交易平台申請IPO 籌資150萬美元

在創投業者爭相投資從事虛擬貨幣比特幣（Bitcoin）業務的公司之際，比特幣交易平台Coinsetter公司申請籌資150萬美元。

根據美國證管會（SEC）27日揭露的資訊，Coinsetter執行長盧卡瑟維資（Jaron Lukasiewicz）在電子郵件中表示，雖然公司只打算募集100萬美元，不過他希望納入募集更多資金的選項。

隨著比特幣價格水漲船高，創投投資人一直在尋找比特幣相關的企業。本月稍早，提供比特幣網路帳戶的Coinbase公司就從霍洛威茲（Andreessen Horowitz）為首的投資人，募集到2,500萬美元，Gliph公司也從其他投資人手中募得資金。

總部在紐約的Coinsetter，目前服務僅開放給親友使用，其服務是收集各交易所的比特幣報價，提供可作為市場分析的圖表工具，以及交易系統。

今年4月，Coinsetter曾從包括SecondMarket公司執行長西伯特（Barry Silbert）的Bitcoin Opportunity Fund等投資人手中，募得50萬美元。
