【寶智華、葉國吏／綜合報導】王貴芬翻版？縣議員蔡秋敏被雲林縣府員工爆料，蔡秋敏前往雲林縣府關說不成，囂張翻桌掀椅，讓縣府員工痛批仗勢欺人，要求道歉。

對此蔡秋敏召開記者會澄清，表示是「為民喉舌」，絕對沒有翻桌掀椅，可能是人胖，盛怒之下撞到桌子或公文，為自己發脾氣嚇到縣府人員鞠躬道歉。蔡秋敏表示，因為選民陳昆賢在縣府擔任約聘人員已經12年，自認考績不差卻遭解聘，所以才會替他關說。陳昆賢夫婦也當場向蔡秋敏下跪道歉。
