國民黨抗告案 高院電腦抽籤出爐

台灣高等法院今天下午針對國民黨與王金平間聲請定暫時狀態假處分抗告事件進行分案，高院表示，依據一般分案方式採電腦抽籤。

高院指出，本案因為社會高度矚目，因此高院依照98年度1月法官會議授權五人小組，包括民一庭庭長、當月監督分二的二位輪值庭長或審判長，以及法官二人組成小組，共同討論決定採電腦抽籤分案方式，並由五人小組在場監督，分由民事第19庭孝股承辦。

據指出，高院民事第19庭審判長為魏麗娟法官，受命法官王麗莉，陪席法官李媛媛。

高院說明例外以人工抽籤方式分案的原則，是被告或同案被告為現任或曾任總統、副總統的刑事案件，依高院98年8月法官會議決議，不區分專庭，也不論被告是否在押，即由本院刑事庭全體庭長、法官按原分案比例分案後承辦。
