國民黨抗告案抽籤 由王麗莉承辦

國民黨對台北地方法院裁准王金平時暫時保有國民黨籍的假處分抗告案，台灣高等法院今早收案，下午以電腦抽籤，分案給民事第十九庭王麗莉法官承辦。王麗莉與審判長魏麗娟、陪席法官李媛媛將盡快閱卷或傳訊雙方開庭，做出裁定。

國民黨針對立法院長王金平假處分案提起抗告後，台灣高等法院今天電腦分案，受命、陪席法官及審判長分別是王麗莉、李媛媛及魏麗娟。

王金平日前向台北地院聲請假處分及緊急處置，台北地方法院13日裁准假處分，但駁回緊急處置聲請，讓王金平以新台幣938萬1210元為相對人（國民黨）供擔保後，在確認黨員資格存在訴訟判決確定前，得繼續行使國民黨黨員權利；國民黨委任律師提起抗告。
