南警破詐騙集團 夫妻情侶在列

（中央社記者張榮祥台南18日電）台南市警局今天宣布破獲以大陸民眾為對象的詐騙集團，被逮的19人幾乎是年輕人，有夫妻檔、情侶檔，因無業才涉嫌詐騙。

台南市警察局刑警大隊偵八隊和刑事局偵九隊昨天下午持搜索票，在台南市仁德區一棟民宅破獲詐騙集團，當場逮捕19人，但幕後主腦「林哥」尚在追緝中。

偵八隊指出，這個詐騙集團以中國大陸民眾為對象，冒稱「供電局人員」及「檢警辦案」恫嚇行騙，今年6月迄今不到3個月，不法獲利逾新台幣1000萬元。

被逮捕的詐騙集團成員，幾乎都是20多歲的年輕人，更有2名未成年的中輟生。這些人都是無業，因詐騙集團刊登月薪保障3萬元的廣告吸引而來，他們原本以為是應徵保健食品銷售員，到場後被洗腦而下海。

偵八隊調查，這些成員中有1對夫妻檔，2對情侶檔，因起薪3萬元，加上行騙抽取詐騙金額3%至8%的紅利，每月薪資逾7萬元。

不過，詐騙集團怕風聲外洩，也怕成員出入機房頻繁引起注意，所有成員採集中管理，不得外出，明訂「公司規章」、「上線班表」，待詐騙一段時間後再放假，詐騙集團也隨時準備更換機房地點，以免被查獲。1020918
