除可中秋夜賞月　中南部也宜烤肉

【張勵德／台北報導】天兔颱風逐步逼近，由於昨移動相當緩慢，影響台灣最明顯的時間將延後到周末。中央氣象局表示，明天各地天氣與今天類似，北部及東半部地區及馬祖受到颱風外圍環流影響有短暫陣雨或雷雨，中秋夜要賞月得碰點運氣；反倒是中南部地區午後雖有局部短暫雷陣雨，不過入夜後因處在背風面，可望恢復多雲到晴的天氣，反而相當適合賞月烤肉。

氣象局表示，由於天兔颱風過去移動速度緩慢，預估明天深夜到後天凌晨才會發布海上颱風警報，至於陸上警報時間則落在周五中午前後，周末將是天兔颱風影響最明顯的時候，全台各地風雨都會明顯轉強，民眾過完中秋後要做好防颱準備。
