雙子星案　捷運局完成初步審定條件

【許麗珍／台北報導】北市捷運局表示，雙子星開發案，當第1順位投資申請人未在時限內完成投資契約書簽訂，捷運局没收其申請保證金後，即積極研擬與第2順位投資申請人議約前的初步審定條件，捷運局經3次會議，已完成該局的初步審定條件，近期將簽會市府法務局、都發局、財政局、交通局及政風處等單位，等行政程序完成並經北市府核定後，依甄選須知規定，將正式出函給第2順位投資申請人中華工程，開始進行後續作業。

捷運局表示，已聘顧問協助針對第2順位投資申請人開發建議書承諾事項，審慎研訂並完成初步審定條件等作業，由於雙子星開發案是重大開發案，後續與第2順位投資申請人的相關作業，捷運局將徵詢北市府其他單位意見，至於機場捷運線台北地下A1車站，並未受雙子星案影響，將如期完工，明年陸續交給高鐵局施作相關機電系統。
