陳守煌、林秀濤涉關說　法務部今送檢評會評鑑

【胡守得／台北報導】台高檢檢察長陳守煌、檢察官林秀濤涉關說行政究責案，特偵組上周六將2人函報法務部送個案評鑑，法務部檢察司簽註「轉送檢察官評鑑委員會」意見後，今天正式將陳、林送交檢察官評鑑委員會評鑑。
 
特偵組認定，陳守煌接獲立法院長王金平關說後，竟以電話告知承辦檢察官林秀濤姓名，且建請王金平向法務部前部長曾勇夫提出請託關說要求，林秀濤在陳守煌告知王金平來電內容後，對柯建銘無罪案不上訴，共同違反法官法、檢察官倫理規範及行政院及所屬機關機構請託關說登錄查察作業要點，應付個案評鑑。
