瘦肉精牛肉　王品：已收回並退給廠商

【綜合報導】針對王品集團旗下原燒餐廳桃園復興路店的「美國菲力」，驗出含有瘦肉精齊帕特羅(Zilpaterol)0.5ppb（標準：不得檢出），王品集團表示，該款牛肉在9月20日單點上架，因本月中接獲衛生局檢驗報告，已立即收回並退回給廠商，目前原燒所使用的肉品都是SGS檢驗合格的肉品。

 台北市衛生局食品藥物管理處處長邱秀儀說，已接獲桃園縣通知，並派人稽查進口牛肉的美福公司，因業者進口的牛肉含瘦肉精「齊帕特羅」，但目前衛生福利部僅針對瘦肉精「萊克多巴胺」訂有殘留容許量標準，安全容許量為每公斤牛肉10ppb（parts per billion，10億分之一濃度）。邱秀儀說，將追查牛肉來源，進口業者將依《食品衛生管理法》開罰6萬至1500萬元，並要求業者將違規產品下架、回收。
