【陳建彰／台北報導】針對外資來台炒匯，主管機關正式開鍘！台灣證交所今天下午證實，已撤銷1家外國機構投資人在台的登記申請，但因涉及《個資法》，證交所未透露該外資名稱及匯入金額，這也是史上首樁外資遭註銷身分登記，預計昨天註銷登記後，今天起就不能買賣。

證交所副總簡立忠表示，該外資今年5月申請投資登記，在取得FINI（外國機構投資人）身分後，並未投資國內的有價證券，違反《華僑及外國人投資證券管理辦法》第18條第2項其帳戶僅供交割用途，及第21條規定運用匯入投資資金投資國內有價證券，依同辦法第11條予以註銷登記，昨起正式生效。
