藍委主導 丟鞋將送法辦

立法院外交國防委員會，28日在國民黨立委主導下，通過提案，國安局應對民眾丟鞋案件加強維安，並協同檢調單位移送法辦，以嚇阻並杜絕不當風氣。

國民黨籍立法委員陳鎮湘、詹凱臣和楊應雄提案表示，近期總統公開行程所到之處，頻頻發生特定民眾滋事、丟鞋，國安局特種勤務指揮中心應加強運用各項特勤裝備、器材，確保國家元首安全，並建請國安局協同各國安單位、協調檢調機關，採移送法辦處置，以達嚇阻效果，杜絕脫序行為及不當風氣。

立法院外交及國防委員會初審103年度中央政府總預算案關於國家安全局收支部分，並邀國安局長蔡得勝備詢。2013/10/28
