疑含禁藥 菁茵荋公布退貨方式

（中央社記者戴雅真台北28日電）菁茵荋公司的「威力纖」疑含禁藥，公司今天公布退貨方式。台北市消費者服務中心表示，目前尚未接獲相關消費者申訴。

連惠心代言的「威力纖」遭驗出含有衛生福利部尚未核准發給藥品許可證的「cetilistat」成分，菁茵荋生物科技有限公司今天在官網公布退貨方式。

菁茵荋公司表示，在檢調及衛生機關完成調查之前，公司接受有效期限（20160416）產品的退貨申請，消費者可以持購買證明或產品（空瓶亦可）至購買地點、透過網路購買通路，或是向公司業務辦理退貨。

消服中心主任何修蘭表示，消服中心先前發函菁茵荋公司10月25日前來說明。菁茵荋公司雖然同意退貨，但沒有提出賠償，雙方仍在研議中。

何修蘭表示，後續若不滿意公司提出的解決方案，不排除提起團體訴訟。至於申訴方面，目前尚未接獲相關消費者申訴。1021028
