小米機來台 經濟部核准設子公司

經濟部投資審議委員會今天（28號）開會，通過七件僑外資和陸資投資案，以及四件台商赴大陸投資案。六件僑外資投資金額總計一億一千一百二十四萬四散百零八萬美元，四件台商赴大陸投資案總計兩億七千九百四十五萬八千美元。

這次唯一的一件陸資來台投資案，投資金額十二萬六千兩百五十一萬美元，相當於新台幣三百七十六萬元，這是登記為香港商的大陸小米機，投資在台子公司台灣小米通訊，投資項目包括經營小米基和配件銷售與維修業務。經濟部特別強調，小米通訊來台必須符合我國營業秘密法個人資料保護法等規定，而且不得從事網路、電信機房設備、伺服器或核心網路設備銷售。這也成為第一樁大陸品牌手機來台投資案。

此外，台商赴大陸投資案中，有一件是殯葬業龍巖公司正式跨海到大陸溫州成立子公司，要在大陸拓展殯葬業市場，投資金額有四千萬美金。
