齊帕特羅毒性較萊克多巴胺高

王品集團的原燒燒肉，被驗出肉品含瘦肉精齊帕特羅 (Zilpaterol)，台北榮民總醫院臨床毒物科主治醫師楊振昌說，萊克多巴胺每人每日每公斤體重攝取容許量（ＡＤＩ）是一微克，齊帕特羅是0.083微克，顯示後者毒性較前者強。

國外畜牧場較常使用含萊克多巴胺的動物飼料，只有南非和墨西哥等國允許用齊帕特羅。衛生福利部食品藥物管理署區管中心主任潘志寬指出，美國去年也開放允許使用齊帕特羅。

在動物飼料中加了瘦肉精，會提高動物的瘦肉比例，卻也可能殘留在肉品中，使人吃了心跳加快、血管擴張、心悸，短時大量或長期攝取，會造成血壓升高。

楊振昌表示，萊劑在體內的半衰期（即代謝掉一半）時間是4小時，齊帕特羅為15.3小時，約三天可排出九成五，所以美國畜牧業者多讓動物停餵含齊帕特羅的飼料約三天後才宰殺。
