知所進退？ 朱立倫：尊重黃世銘決定

檢察總長黃世銘遭北檢依洩密罪起訴，不僅民進黨要求下台，甚至執政黨的部分立委也要他「知所進退」；對此，新北市長朱立倫今（3）日強調，尊重司法，至於黃世銘下台與否，尊重他（黃世銘）個人的決定。

朱立倫今日上午參加「中華民國彰化同鄉總會第5、6屆總會長交接授證就職暨2013彰化之光頒獎典禮」，面對執政黨的部分立委、律師公會全國聯合會，都呼籲涉案遭起訴的黃世銘應「知所進退」；朱立倫回應，第一、我們尊重司法；第二、這是個制度的問題，因為它（檢察總長）是有任期制，最重要的是他（黃世銘）自己怎麼去面對這個問題，應該要慎重的思考。

至於「檢察總長黃世銘是否該下台？」朱立倫表示，其實這是尊重司法的問題，最重要還是法院的判決，至於行政體系的部分，就尊重他（黃世銘）個人的決定；此外，媒體也詢問朱立倫「是否刻意錯開與台北市長郝龍斌的時間？」朱立倫說，沒有。昨天還碰到郝市長，我們下下禮拜還有很多的活動在一起，有時候參加活動是時間上的安排。
