小鴨下水作業　預計明清晨5時進行

【黎百代／桃園報導】今天下午小鴨下水作業因風勢暫停，由於現場風雨不斷增加，在中央大學氣象團隊建議下，明天清晨5時風勢會轉小，因此活動單位決定今下水作業停止，明天清晨再進行下水作業。
