（中央社記者蔡和穎台北3日電）日本交流協會今天公布2013年秋季外國人敘勳受章者名單，台南奇美醫院創辦人許文龍獲頒「旭日中綬章」。

日本交流協會公布秋季外國人敘勳受章者名單，台灣有3人獲頒勳章，分別是台南奇美醫院創辦人許文龍、中央研究院近代史研究所兼任研究員黃福慶，以及中央研究院近代史研究所兼任研究員林明德。

許文龍、黃福慶和林明德都獲頒「旭日中綬章」，表揚3人對促進台日經濟、文化及學術交流，有卓越貢獻。

日本交流協會表示，交流協會自1972年成立，2005年起開始對台灣人敘勳，至今共有26名台灣人受章。

交流協會指出，今年秋季外國人勳章受章者共49位，按勳章等級，分別是旭日大綬章7位、旭日重光章4位、旭日中綬章24位、旭日小綬章4位、旭日雙光章8位、旭日單光章2位。

台灣秋季勳章受章者，僅次於美國7位、德國5位，位居第3名。1021103
