油品切結不實 桃縣函辦業者

（中央社記者卞金峰桃園縣3日電）桃園縣衛生局今天表示，轄內惠家香製造的麻油、葵花油及苦茶油涉標示不實，但公司卻切結產品無摻偽，全案函送桃檢偵辦。

桃園縣衛生局表示，日前進行大規模油品稽查，查獲轄內惠家香實業有限公司製造的「純胡(艸麻)油」，由90%黑芝麻油及10%大豆油調合而成、「100%寶力士特優葵花油」由51%葵花油及49%大豆油調合而成，以及「苦茶油」則由苦茶油及大豆油以2：1比例調合成，卻標示「純苦茶油」。

桃園縣政府說，這些產品已涉及標示不實，但業者卻於查核當日（10月30日）切結所產製的油品內容物、食品添加物成分皆與標示資訊相符、無摻偽或假冒的情事。

衛生局為保障民眾食品安全，強調打擊不法食品決心，依食品衛生管理法，函送惠家香公司至桃園地檢署偵辦。1021103
