對流感疫苗有疑慮　民眾靠自己防流感

【沈能元／台北報導】秋冬為流感好發季節，衛福部疾管署提供60歲以上者免費施打流感疫苗。但《遠見》今公布最新調查顯示，60歲以上者最近1年內未接種者比率為65.3%，原因是「自己不需要」（42%），其次是對「疫苗沒有信心」（23%），建議政府單位應有完善宣導，增加長者對疫苗信心。

調查顯示，台灣30歲以上者知道流感與一般感冒差異的比率為69.6%，預防流感方式多採「少去公共場所、少接觸人」佔48.3%、「個人衛生習慣」為44.1%、「重視保養」為39.8%，但「施打疫苗」比率相對較低為22.7%，顯見民眾對流感疫苗安全仍有疑慮。

調查發現，逾9成民眾知道接種疫苗可預防流感，但是實際施打行為卻有落差。逾7成民眾認為靠自己預防流感比較有效。該調查為遠見民調中心在本月3日至6日，電訪1072名30歲以上者，另有687名為60歲以上者。
