高振利提訴願 衛福部：尊重

大統長基董事長高振利，日前向彰化縣衛生局提起訴願，指控18.5億的行政罰鍰違背常理，要求撤銷裁處；由於全案將送往衛生福利部訴願會審議，衛福部今早表示，尊重高振利在法律上的權益。

衛生福利部法規會今早表示，仍未收到彰化縣衛生局的答辯書與訴願書，收到後最快將在三個月內做出決定；對於高振利提出訴願，衛生福利部次長許銘能表示，這是法律賦予人民的權益，衛福部予以尊重。

對高振利提出訴願，衛福部次長許銘能表示，提出訴願是人民權益，尊重高振利在法律上的權益。
