用虛擬證號訂票　台鐵站務員認錯獲緩起訴

【黃哲民／新北報導】擔任台鐵站務員的新北市54歲鄭姓男子，涉於今年1月22日凌晨，上網用虛擬身分證號訂購6張春節期間台北到台東的火車票，鄭男認錯辯稱為親友購票。新北地檢署認定鄭男涉犯最重可判5年的偽造文書罪嫌，今准予緩起訴處分2年，要捐款2萬元。

鄭男被查獲之初否認涉案，但檢警清查被用來網路訂票10多次的同一組虛擬證號，其中1次上網IP位址就在鄭男住處，他才改口招認幫親友買票，因自己的身分證號訂票額度用光，便以身分證號產生器隨機產生一組證號訂票。

新北地檢署查出該證號雖無自然人使用，仍認定鄭男涉犯偽造文書罪嫌，因鄭男無前科且未轉賣車票牟利，准予緩起訴。
