花旗削減南韓業務　恐引發大罷工

【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】由於在南韓營收欠佳，美國第3大銀行花旗（citi）今年前9個月已悄悄在南韓關閉22家分行，當地分行總數降至196家。據英國《金融時報》報導，花旗的作法可能面臨南韓國內員工發起罷工抗議。

南韓花旗工會領袖指出，從9月以來，工會已經就工資、福利與重組問題等與管理階層進行討論，但最後若未能達成共識，不排除進行大罷工。

受南韓貸款成長疲軟、監管政策干預與低利率環境等因素影響，導致銀行業營收大幅縮水，迫使國際大行紛紛試圖削減在南韓的業務。
