會員行銷　折扣贈品最受台灣消費者青睞

【徐毓莉／台北報導】尼爾森一項調查顯示，在台灣有77%受訪者表示，購物地點提供會員方案，比例排名全球第7，也是亞太地區14個市場排名第1，不過其中87%傾向在有提供會員方案的通路商店購物，比例較其他鄰近國家如韓國或中國低，顯示會員方案在台灣太普遍，方案較其他國家不吸引人。而最受台灣消費者青睞的會員優惠，82%台灣網路受訪者表示，折扣或贈送免費商品最重要，其次是免運費、佔49%。

購物地點提供會員方案前6名地區排名依序為：愛沙尼亞、法國、沙烏地阿拉伯、烏克蘭、立陶宛、芬蘭。 尼爾森全球忠誠度觀點調查，共58個市場、超過2萬9千名網路消費者參與調查。結果顯示，台灣消費者最具忠誠的服務與產品，包括金融機構、行動通訊服務、有線電視或網路服務、個人電腦以及家用電器，台灣消費者自評沒有動機就不會更換品牌，但飲料等是台灣消費者容易更換品牌的商品。
