基港18米巨鴨爭議 港公司：審慎

基隆港東3、4碼頭攤位承租業者為吸引人潮和商機，目前在打造1隻18公尺大的「夢想鴨」，雖然與黃色小鴨造型材質不同，但基隆黃色小鴨發起人黃景泰為捍衛霍夫曼的巨鴨創作權，今早要求基隆港務分公司制止攤商「侵權」。

基隆港務分公司總經理蔡丁義中午表示，究竟有無違法，仍有爭議，不過，為避免出現1隻大小一樣的巨鴨，影響港口形象，會慎重審查業者提出放置巨鴨的計畫，至於港邊擺放的大小各式充氣鴨，因無人出來講話，也無不良反應，暫時不會處理。
