總預算協商 刪除首長年終提案需表決

103年度中央政府總預算交付朝野協商，遭刪減預算的各部會官員、幕僚齊聚在立法院宴客廳外，主持協商的院長王金平（中）穿過眾人的關愛眼神，進入會議室中。

立法院今天下午舉行一百零四年總預算協商，由立法院長王金平主持，下午率先處理通案部分，其中民進黨團、台聯黨團對正副總統、行政院部會首長所提出刪除年終工作獎金、刪除特別費，以及刪除中央政府各機關全數績效獎金的提案，全數保留送交院會表決。

另外，國民黨立委孫大千所提，退休軍公教人員之年終慰問金應參考ＧＤＰ（國內生產毛額）表現，適度恢復發放年終慰問金。若ＧＤＰ能一舉超過百分之六，應恢復全面發放一點五個月，但該案也遭到朝野協商決議撤案，未來慰問金發放仍按照現行標準。
