　　奧爾資訊旗下代理的全新 3D 寫實武俠風格手機遊戲《古惑江湖》於 11 月 5 日上架之後，受到廣大玩家的支持，而對於上架當日發生的儲值異常狀況，營運團隊不但正式發出了一段道歉聲明，也將舉辦相對應的活動作為補償，以下為官方所釋出的消息內容。

道歉聲明


致所有《古惑江湖》的玩家：
　　首先營運團隊於此感謝所有玩家的喜愛，對於此次（11 月 5 日）儲值異常的狀況，及造成玩家們遊戲體驗不佳一事深感抱歉。我們也於異常發生第一時間便向原廠反映，也於最短時間內要求原廠修正完畢，但造成玩家遊戲體驗不佳卻已是不爭的事實。

　　而營運團隊也了解，針對這樣的情況僅有道歉是遠不足夠的，因此在營運團隊積極討論及傾聽玩家心聲之後，將於 11 月 9 日舉辦以下活動做為補償，再次感謝所有玩家對《古惑江湖》的支持與愛護，有你們才有《古惑江湖》營運團隊，同時也再次為所造成的不便致上歉意。

補償活動：每日登入送元寶
　　活動時間：11 月 9 日 0：00 起至 12 月 8 日 23：59 止
　　活動內容：活動期間內只要登入遊戲中，每天都可獲得 50 元寶，若連續登入達 30 天更可獲得 1500 元寶的登入獎勵。元寶於每日 18：00 派送前一日登入玩家，若逢假日時間將延至上班日發送。
