工業局取消頂新油脂生產線食品GMP認證

由於頂新已遭屏東縣衛生局開罰，經濟部工業局今天宣布依「食品GMP認證體系實施規章」，取消鼎新生產線，共5項食用油脂認證產品。

工業局指出，被撤銷的產品包括味全不飽和精華調合油、味全廚藝高優質料理油、巧師傅油炸專用油、味全廚藝御品調合油、巧師傅頂級美食油等食品GMP認證資格及認證標誌使用權。

衛生福利部於油安行動稽查食用油品所公布的不合格油品中，頂新被檢查出21件油品摻混到大統橄欖油、葡萄籽油，其中有1件味全不飽和精華調合油為食品GMP認證產品。

屏東縣衛生局已在11月7日以屏府授衛食字第10233527000號函，認為頂新違反食品衛生管理法，且被罰款300萬元，基於誠信原則及維護消費大眾食品安全，工業局決定註銷其相關GMP產品認證。
