阿湯哥打官司護女　親上火線答辯

【林慧娟／綜合報導】「阿湯哥」湯姆克魯斯（Tom Cruise）去年離婚，7歲愛女舒莉的撫養問題成媒體焦點，美國《Life & Style》和《in Touch》周刊先後指控他遺棄舒莉，他不滿告官並求償5000萬美元（約15億元台幣）。51歲的他9月接受對方律師質詢，坦承去年超過100天沒見到舒莉，他說：「很不幸，當時的情況根本不可能（父女相見）。」
 
但他強調，天天和舒莉通電話，舒莉也是個快樂、自信的小孩。被問到為何沒參加舒莉的開學日？他說：「我要拍片，又擔心媒體追逐，所以沒出席。舒莉也沒要我去，如果她叫我去，我一定排除萬難。」阿湯哥難得鬆口談私生活，承認前妻凱蒂荷姆斯離開他的原因之一是山達基教，也說舒莉現在不是信徒。
