食安風暴 保訓會主委:公務員應勇於任事

大統油品事件爆發後，一連串食安事件，不只引發消費者恐慌，也重創民眾對政府的信心。對此，主管公務人員培訓事宜的保訓會主委蔡璧煌表示，政府團隊應該塑造公務人員勇於任事、積極作為的態度，才能因應食安風暴。

蔡璧煌指出，本次食安問題爆發前，即已協調衛生福利部，針對102年高普考衛生行政類科錄取人員安排集中實務訓練，充實衛生專業法令與實務，強化衛生服務，充分掌握衛生福利部政策，並確實執行。

為預防類似食安事件的其他政策問題，保訓會特別協調各部會宣導與落實各類科，如教育、環保、主計、財稅、社政等專業倫理觀念，各部會均需協助安排相關課程或由部會首長親自授課。

此外，保訓會未來規劃考生於考試錄取後的基礎訓練、升任官等訓練及高階文官培訓，安排公務倫理、核心價值、政策制定執行與評估、依法行政、危機管理等課程提出具體案例研討，強化文官敏感度、和積極任事的執行力。
