新北封存580包五木拉麵

五木拉麵被查出添加銅葉綠素鈉，新北衛生局今天上午接獲南投縣衛生局通報，針對五木拉麵的康健麵、蔬菜拉麵、純麵煮意波菜麵三項產品，至轄內連鎖大賣場等要求下架，今天下午一共下架580包。

衛生局今天也同步接到台中衛生局通知，公司設立在新北市的「沛津有限公司」委託福懋油脂公司代工製作17種油品，疑使用銅葉綠素添加於油品。

衛生局稽查科立即前往稽查，但業者表示，油品全數委託福懋油脂公司代工，不知製造工廠添加「銅葉綠素」於產品中，並說明全數產品外銷出口至大陸並未在國內販售。

對此，衛生局已要求業者提供進貨憑證及銷貨流向等文件資料，進行比對後如查獲不法情事，將依法開罰並加重處分。
