中鋼投資在大陸生產汽車部件

中鋼公司今天(11月8日)召開董事會，通過議案：與大陸長春英利汽車部件公司合資成立汽車熱沖壓零部件公司。

中鋼公司說明：熱沖壓技術(Hot Stamping)兼具提高汽車安全性及輕量化效果，近年來大量應用於汽車結構設計。相較於傳統冷沖壓成形，熱沖壓技術有成形性佳、尺寸穩定性佳及成形道次較少等優勢，因此使用在汽車安全部件之比例逐年增加，可幫助中鋼拓展汽車鋼片的新市場。

這起投資案，中鋼持股比例百分之三十。合資公司的總部設在台灣，並在大陸長春以及臺灣設廠；其中，台灣廠定位為設計研發中心，將核心技術根留臺灣，年產能規劃為50萬件，預計2016年投產；大陸長春廠規劃於2015年及2017年分兩階段投產，每階段產能為150萬件。
